Hibiya-Dori at night revisited

I first took this photograph along Hibiya-dori (Hibiya road) in March 2018, on a very cold night from a stone gazebo which is on the side of the road, right next to the moat. The gazebo is an incredibly popular spot for wedding photos in the Tokyo Station area recently. With the all the lights, the moat and the skyscrapers of the Marunouchi in the background, it is easy to see why. It is a beautiful scene. No wonder so many couples choose it.

So this time, with so many people waiting for their turn, I took my photo from a few meters away not to keep any of them held up. My photo, I think, looks roughly the same as the last time I took it though the some of the colours look quite different. I’ll be trying it again of course, as I really would like to get better reflections in the water. As you can see, there was some wind which disturbed the surface of the water. Anyway, I’ll try again when the weather is cooler and next time I’ll include some photos of those wedding groups! You can see my original photo here.
