Tokyo's afternoon glow

The Bunkyo Civic Center has an observation deck. It isn’t a full three hundred and sixty degree view, more like two hundred and seventy. In the south-west lies Shinjuku and to the east is Tokyo Skytree. However, if you look towards the north-west you can see Ikebukuro. In the setting sun it looked beautiful.

While the sun wasn’t in picture, it did cast a beautiful glow. Hopefully I’ll be able to get back to this observatory in July when the sun will be setting more to north-west and then this scene would look pretty spectacular.
