It's a great place if you can avoid the crowds

Inokashira Park near Kichijoji station in Tokyo’s Musashino City has long been a popular place. There is one thing I don’t really appreciate about it though. When the cherry blossoms bloom, the park attracts huge numbers of people. If you like big crowds, that isn’t a problem of course, but if you don’t then you are going to have problems. I’m in the latter group, so I prefer to go earlier in the mornings if possible, or just wait until I get a break in the crowd, then take my photographs.
