Cherry blossoms on Daigaku-dori in 2019

Finally, I have found my new favourite place for cherry blossoms - Kunitachi city’s Daigaku-dori. Daigaku-dori could be translated as, “University Road”, famous for Hitotsubashi University. It is a very nice place and not too far from Shinjuku, about thirty-five minutes. It is a very long road, a few kilometres in length, lined with broad footpaths, some great houses and completely flat which makes it easy to walk. And the best thing of all, no crowds, or at least there weren’t for my visit which I appreciated. Get towards the end and it has a pedestrian bridge over the road which is great for taking photos. Awesome place, highly recommended!
